Help with your anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and related disorders
Welcome! I know you have many options when it comes to picking a therapist. Thank you for choosing to learn more about how I can help you.
If you are here because your ways of handling life’s challenges, including anxiety and stress in relationships, are no longer working, I can help. Your life doesn't have to be so hard. I will work collaboratively with you, using effective strategies and tools that make a difference.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing a person's progress along the way. I use humor and metaphors in my sessions because I believe that therapy is where one should be their true, authentic self.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. If needed, I will be creative and take treatment outside of the office to help with specific therapy goals. I use evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, Rumintion-Focused ERP, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (I-CBT).
Additionally, I work with children and adolescents and their families to manage tic disorders and Tourette Syndrome.
Currently, I offer telehealth and in-office sessions.
